How we use your data
This page summarizes how the ai.com mobile app handles information when you use AI chat, image generation, search, and related features. For full legal text, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Account & profile
We store your account details (such as name, email, and profile photo) with your sign-in provider (e.g. Apple, Google, or email) in Firebase-backed services to keep you signed in and to sync preferences and subscription or credit state where you enable cloud features.
Messages & content
Depending on your in-app choices, conversation content may stay on your device or sync with your account for access across devices. Prompts and outputs you send to AI providers are processed by those services under their terms; we do not sell your chats.
AI providers
The app routes requests to third-party AI APIs (for example OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity, xAI, and others depending on the model you pick). Only what is needed to fulfill your request is sent. See each provider’s policy for how they process data.
Payments & credits
Subscriptions and credit packs are handled through the app stores (e.g. Apple App Store). We record purchase verification and credit balances to provide the service; we do not store full payment card numbers.
Push notifications
If you allow notifications, a device token may be stored so we can send relevant updates. You can turn this off in system settings.
Your choices
- Adjust message storage (local vs cloud) where the app offers it.
- Manage subscription and account in the app and store settings.
- Request account deletion via Delete account.
