Delete your account
You can request deletion of your ai.com account and associated profile data. Some information may be retained for a limited period where the law or payment disputes require it.
Option A — In the app (recommended)
- Open ai.com and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Use the Delete account (or equivalent) flow if available — it will guide you through confirmation.
If your build uses a web confirmation step, you may have arrived here from that link; complete any steps shown in the app after tapping delete.
Option B — Email request
If you cannot access the app, contact us from the email address associated with your account and ask to delete your ai.com account. Include your registered email and, if you know it, the sign-in method (Apple, Google, or email/password). We may ask for reasonable verification before processing.

What is deleted
- Profile and account record tied to your user ID in our systems.
- Cloud-synced preferences and data that we store for your account, subject to backups and legal retention.
What may remain
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably identify you.
- Records we must keep for tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
- Data held solely on your device until you remove the app or clear local storage.
App store subscriptions
Deleting the app or your account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel renewal in Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
