Terms of Service – Bumpo

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• One account per user

2. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Impersonate others
• Upload illegal, explicit, or abusive content
• Harass, threaten, or scam other users
• Use the app for commercial purposes

3. Matching, Messaging & Push Notifications

• Matches occur when two users mutually "Bump" each other
• Messaging is only available after a match
• Bumpo may send push notifications to your device for:
  • New matches
  • New messages
  • App updates or important alerts
• You can disable push notifications in your device settings

We do not guarantee matches or responses.

4. Content Ownership

• You own the content you upload
• By uploading content, you grant Bumpo a license to display it within the app
• We may remove content that violates these terms

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bumpo is provided "as is."

AppLaws is not responsible for:

• User behavior
• Offline interactions
• Emotional, physical, or financial harm

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
